Another delicious meal tonight! We made a spicy T-Bone Steak with a Quinoa Salad and Zucchini.
This was our first time making quinoa, a delicious seed that can be used like a grain. It has a great popping texture and will become a new staple in our house. We just added some fresh cut basil, tomato, and lime juice for a quick warm salad.
