Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4oz. gelatin
- 1 cup whipping cream (or milk)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/2 cup white chocolate
Recipe:
- Whisk together milk and gelatin in a small bowl and set aside.
- Steep whipping cream, sugar and pistachios over medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 4 minutes.
- Add white chocolate to to whipping cream and cook on low heat until chocolate is dissolved.
- Strain cream mixture into gelatin.
- Pour mixture evenly into 4-6 oiled ramekins or glasses and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
